If you saw your neighbor jumping rope in the laundry room around 5 a.m. in the morning, what would you think?

I can’t afford a gym membership or fitness equipment right now. I also live above an elderly woman, who is very noise conscious, so exercise tapes for cardio is out of the question. Thus, I plan to jump rump for my cardio each morning, and train with free weights at home. Winter is coming, so I can’t jump outside, nor would I want to be that visible anyway. So I’m planning to jump rope in the building laundry room early in the morning before most people wake up. The floor is concrete, and it’s very large, spacious, and well lit. I’m sure someone may walk in on me at least once before the year is over, though it’s unlikely at the crack of dawn(around 5 a.m.). What would you think if you found out your ADULT neighbor was jumping rope in the laundry room before the birds woke up? LOL
There are also windows and a waiting area in the laundry room, so it’s not isolated and dark like most basement laundry areas.
I’m also carrying extra weight, so I’m sure it will be a sight to see.
How can I stay fit and healthy if I can’t afford a gym membership or my own exercise equipment?

I would like to know how I can stay fit and exercise all of my muscles even though I don’t make enough money after my bills to afford a gym membership. I also can’t afford to buy exercise equipment for my place, but I wouldn’t be able to anyway because my studio apartment is too small to contain any gym equipment. On top of it all I work at a desk job so I don’t get any physical exercise during my work hours either. Please help me solve this problem, my mood seems to be souring due to lack of physical exercise. I’m feeling more and more how much I need some kind of exercise because my physical health is suffering and this is affecting my mental and emotional well being. Thank you.
Does anybody know of inexpensive, yet very effective gym equipment?

I’m 17 and currently trying to lose 50 pounds. I love to exercise and I want to put a gym in my house. I already have a stationary bike and would like an elliptical but I have to save up for that. Anyway I need some inexpensive items for my gym first. Any ideas would be appreciated!
I don’t eat bad food. I eat very healthy actually. Genetics is my problem and I am going to override that.

Why do people sit and look around while sitting on exercise equipment at the gym?

When I’m working out, I usually move from one set of equpment to the next. Why are these people just sitting on the weight benches looking around at other people? Are they bored, or tired from working out? Don’t they know other’s are waiting to use the equipment too?

im 15, and 5′4″ havent really worked out in ovewr a year (and thats because i had fitness class)
im extremely lazy when it comes to working out, but i really want to (so im also lookin help for motivation).

Can anyone tell me some exercises to do that will help improve my pectoral muscles.
Btw i don’t have time or money to go to the gym or purchase gym equipment. I do have dumbells though!
