PostHeaderIcon How much exercise should I do in my home-no gym equipment?

gym exercise equipment

Jumping jacks
Dancing
Sit ups
General house work (that burns cals too)

How much time should I spend doing these each day to lose weight?

Is there anything else I can do indoors to help me lose weight besides aerobic videos(I hate those exercise/aerobic videos) and without any gym equipment b/c I don’t have any and can’t afford any.

You should do it for about 1-2 each day. And just try and eat a little less then what you normally do, and maybe make sure you’re eating it more of a balanced diet.

Exercise is just as important as food consumption when it comes to losing weight. There’s plenty of good instruction for exercise on the web portal in the box below. I lost 5 pounds by following their helpful advice.
