start slow… some cardio and light weights and after each workout u should be able to slowly increase reps/intensity/weight

so you want to get cut, but not buff right? first, start by doing some jogging around where you live, to burn excess calories. stop eating any fast food crap, as it slows you down. as for the weights, find the right amount of weight that it is so challeging that you can only do 15 reps(how many times you move your arms to the exercise). i recommend you do 6 sets so
              15 reps
              rest for a minute
              15 reps
              rest for 30 secs
              15reps
              rest for a minute
              15
              rest for 30 secs
              15
              rest for 30 secs
              15 reps
this should help you begin defining your muscles and you will start to see changes around the third week.

              good luck.
