will i be fit in time?

I just purchased some fitness equipment a bike and ab lounge ..just trying to get an idea how much weight i’ll lose in 4 months i was thinking i’d do 1,000 sit ups a week that about 200 a day and 10 hrs of cardio 2 hrs a day from people with personal experience do you think i will lose 40 pounds in 4 months?
What is a good workout routine at the gym for a teenage girl?

I am a teenage girl trying to strengthen my legs, develop abs, and workout my glut(butt)
I am thinking about mainly doing cardio for my legs and butt. What is an effective workout i can do in the gym with exercise equipment? Thanks! =]
Also, i don’t want to really loose weight i want to gain muscle.
Trying to lose weight?

I’m a 16 year old female and I admit, I’m heavier than I should be, always have been.
I eat a lot of fresh fruit or applesauce with no added sugar. I drink flavored water with 0 calories and I occasionally have a cup of water downed juice or some ginger ale.
Again, I admit that I do enjoy my french fries but I don’t eat many because I feel guilty after wards. To my surprise, I did lose a pound or two and I don’t know how or why or how much. I just know that I fit into my mother’s pants and we haven’t been the same size since I was in 9th grade, and I’m in 12th now. I really want to lose maybe 30 pounds (I don’t want to be “skinny”, just a bit thinner) because I start college in the fall and I want a new look for a boost in confidence (the school has a kick ass gym that’s free, so I’ll keep it off and avoid the dreaded freshman 15).
Obesity runs in my family. My mom, grandma, grandfather, dad, aunt, uncles, cousins can all be considered obese. So can I. *sigh* As does high blood pressure.
I’m looking at the Wal-Mart website for all of these exercise balls and such and I was wondering if they actually worked? What about dieting? Because it’s 15 degrees outside and I can’t exactly go for a run when there’s 7 inches of snow on the ground.
I try to eat breakfast, even if it is just a piece of apple. Then, when I come home at 11 after school, I’m finish the apple and have a few crackers and some water. Then I won’t eat much of anything until dinner.
What about that Special K commercial? Does that help if I replace it with my Froot Loops? Skim milk?
What can I do? If I buy some equipment, it would have to be inexpensive because we’re not rolling in it. And jump rope? Is that good cardio?
My goal is to lose 30 pounds by spring. Oh, yeah, and I don’t do the whole sports thing because I’m clumsy.
I DO eat veggies! I was on this HUGE spinach kick this summer because I had never had it fresh before and it was AWESOME! Didn’t lose a freakin’ pound.
And I eat brocolli (with some ketchup).
No Froot Loops??! This is going to suck. I don’t eat them often because I’m lactose intolerant, but they are very tasty.
I CAN’T go for a run. Every sidewalk if covered with snow and the outer street is covered with snow that the plows pushed over from the middle. There’s no where to do it, except in the middle of the street of course. And it’s belowing freezing outside. It’s not an excuse, it’s my reality. And I don’t live near a gym.
What exercises (using no equipment) will help me jump higher (vertically and horizontally)?

Hi, i have no access to any equipment, and i would like to increase both my vertical and horizontal jumping abilities.
Can anyone please give me any exercises, and possibly a schedule?

what is the best way to exercise without gym equipment?

I need to lose some weight and get my cardio better. I also really want really good abs
how do you use the weight equipment/ machines at 24 hour fitness? ?

I asked for a run through, but told it wasn’t offered. I have just been using cardio for the past 5 months & only lost 10 lbs! Help!
