Does anyone know a good place to buy elliptical trainers/exercise equipment in Egypt?

But what I’m really looking for are elliptical trainers, not treadmills or so.

Hello, I would like to purchase something to use inside this winter to get my cardio done. I have a treadmill, I’m looking at the elliptical trainers as an alternative? Which would be better, one of those or a stationary bicycle? I am looking to get the most work out for the hour I do each morning.
