What type of excercise equipment is best for looking weight?

I’m 14 and now in my freshmen year in High School I really dont have time for all this excercising. I really want to loose about 5 llbs. I have a quiz or a test everyweek. I have like 3 projects due next month plus HW everyday. I wish I could cut down on my caliores but I’m still growing and I dont wantt to be short when I grow up. All celebs said that they used to not eat when they were young so thats why they’re so short. I personally wanted those bicycle thingys you can keep at home. Forgot what it was called srry. Its just a bicycle that you can do at home it doesnt move or anything. Will this help me loose weight? What do you suggest? Any suggestions on loosing weight?

those things are great i mean GREAT for your thighs.
none, save your money….just run about two miles, and do a few situps with the time you would be using your coat rack…I mean excersize equipment
Stop drinking anything with sugar in it and just drink water. Not diet drinks either, just water. It works miracles.
The machine i like the best is the ellipitical. I started using it at the Y 30 minutesa day 3-5 days a week. It made me feel great andshaped my legs, buttt and thighs. Good luck and remember you are only young once, so do not about your weight as long as you are healthy
The best piece of stationary equipment for cardio is the PRECOR 544 or later models. Just 20 to 30 minutes in the morning before school and 20 to 30 minutes before bed and I promise you, you’ll lose 5 lbs or more in 10 days. Just eat sensible and drink plenty of water and your body will do the rest.
