u need to work on abs.Do crunches, push ups, running, cardio.ABs greatly depend on body fat percentage.

Take it up one step - you need to decrease your overall fat %. That means planning your meals, eating 6 times a day, and working out with a plan in mind. To go that extra step for some people is hard, but it will be worth it.

Try Body for Life if you are a beginner.
The Encyclopedia of Modern Body Building if you are not.

EDIT - Above - Abs & crunches won’t do any good if your stomach is covered in a layer of fat. You need to get your body fat % down to about 5 -7%

That’s a common fallacy. You lose body-fat throughout your whole body not one “specific area” That likely got started because men and women have “specific areas” where they store most of their fat. Increase your cardiovascular exercising , try longer duration, lower intensity exercise. Monitor your diet more carefully, that burger king yesterday smelled good but….

Cardio exercises work best, the more you sweat the more you burn, it just takes longer to target those problem areas but they should disappear if you work at it a lot.

Go on a lower carb diet. It doesn’t have to be drastic like Atkins, but limit the carbs.
As far as the exercise, cardio will burn the fat. Walking or jogging, bicycling, aerobic exercise.
Crunches are great for building the muscle, but it won’t burn the fat band around your midsection. It could actually make it look bigger as the muscles grow under the fat layer.

the best thing that you could do probably is to eat right and sit in a sauna for about 30-45 minutes each day and you will literally watch the pounds melt right off you
