will i be fit in time?

I just purchased some fitness equipment a bike and ab lounge ..just trying to get an idea how much weight i’ll lose in 4 months i was thinking i’d do 1,000 sit ups a week that about 200 a day and 10 hrs of cardio 2 hrs a day from people with personal experience do you think i will lose 40 pounds in 4 months?

Eat organic, fresh foods, lean meats and dairy products, lots of veggies and whole grain breads. No refined sugars or white flours. Cut out all soft drinks and stick to water. Eat 5 times a day, each meal being 300 calories so to keep your metabolism burning strong. Keep active as much as you can throughout the day. Do cardio for at least 30-45 min per day. Make sure to weight lift every other day, this is very important to lose weight and no you will not bulk up. As far as losing stomach fat you have to eat right and lots of cardio, you could do the ab lounge forever and not get any real results except for a stronger back. If you do this I think 40 pounds in 4 months is a very realistic goal, just stick with it and don’t give up! Change up your exercise routine every week also so your body don’t get used to your routine. Good luck! Oh ya and one more thing GET YOUR SLEEP, sleeping is soo important, take time out for yourself and be calm, your body will be able to do what it needs to to shed off those pounds!
Well, you could eat 1200 calories a day and burn off 500, thats guaranteed to make you lose 2 pounds a week. A pound is 3500 calories so yeaa. 500 x 7 = 3500 and since you’ll be eating 500 calories less, and burning 500.. 1000 x 7 = 7000 (which is two pounds), you will lose 8 pounds a month. will you diet? Are you 40 lbs overwieght? In order to lose 1lb you have to burn 3500 calories or have a deficiet of 3500 calories. find out using a calorie counter (search online) how many calories you will lose with the exercises that you do. You’d have to lose 2.5 lbs per week which could be reasonable if you are very overwieght but I am thinking that you will have to incorporate diet and other forms of fitness in order to reach your goal. jumping rope is an excellent form of exercise
